Russian Sailor's Striped Vest-Telnyashka

This is a winter version of a popular "telnyashka"- (means "body-shirt"). It is worn by Russian Navy Personnel as a standard issue. It is also very popular among civilians as a thermal underwear shirt in Russia, though in most countries it is thick enough to be worn as a sweater. The cut and pattern of this sweater gives the illusion of broad shoulders and a thin waist, on both small and large bodies. It is meant to fit tight to the body, even in the sleeves. It keeps you exceptionally warm.
