This beautiful smiling wooden doll features the Russian folk costume of one of the old Russian cities located around Moscow. Her dress is richly decorated by intricate embroidered ornaments, her plait is hidden under the big red bow and her head is covered with traditional Russian head-dress - kokoshnik. Such way married women were dressed in the ancient Russia. This doll will be not only lovely toy but an interesting souvenir narrating about Russian traditions. The doll is turned and painted by hand by Russian craftsmen from the Russian town – Tver.
